Located 5 minutes’ walk from Parallel Metro Station, and 15 minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas, Parallel-Patio features a private, furnished patio and free WiFi. The lounge area contains a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with an oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The apartment includes 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom. It also has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. Many shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding streets, in the Poble Sec area. Barcelona Beach can be reached in 30 minutes by bus. Please note that this is an apartment located in a residential block of flats. Parties are not allowed in this apartment.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the terrace can only be accessed up until 22:00. Please note that this is an apartment located in a residential block of flats. Parties are not allowed in this apartment. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 40. A prepayment deposit via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide Paypal payment instructions.
