A mere 20-minute walk from Cusco’s picturesque main square guests can enjoy massage sessions, nicely decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi and garden views. Machu Picchu tours are available. With parquet floors, wood furnishings and a palette of brown and orange shades, rooms at Hostal Samichay feature a warm ambiance. They have flat-screen cable TV and modern bathrooms. An American breakfast is served daily with coffee, croissants and regional products at the restaurant, which features ample views of the surrounding garden. Guests are welcome to inquire about laptops and DVDs from the library for an extra fee. The tour desk can provide tips for exploring the city. Additionally, Samichay offers a handy currency exchange service. Cusco Airport is only an 8-minute drive. Shuttles can be arranged.

To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
