Yup is a unique boutique hotel with an '80s concept and is ideally situated in the city centre next to the main shopping area and the train station. Free WiFi is featured throughout the entire property. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and individual air conditioning. An open bathroom is also part of the YUP concept. The hotel offers grab&go eat opportunities. There is a cosy hang-out place where you can read, watch TV, play the piano or even choose a vinyl record of your own choice. Guests are welcome to enjoy a drink in the on-site cosy bar. Hasselt is an important commercial centre in Belgium and it is a paradise for shoppers. The shopping streets are within walking distance from the YUP hotel. The Maasmechelen Village shopping centre is also nearby. Hasselt is the city with the biggest Japanese Garden in all of Europe; it is the city of the Grenslandhallen, Pukkelpop, the Jenever Festival, Hasselt Speculoos and the accessible public transport. The area is popular for cycling. Hasselt Market Square is 700 metres from Yup Hotel, while Grenslandhallen is 1.9 km away. Liège Airport is 33 km from the property. Nightclub Versuz is located at only 3.3 km from YUP.

Please note that due to the YUP concept bathrooms are open and offer limited privacy so if guests should share a room with a colleague for example two separate rooms are advised. Please note that the restaurant is open in the following times: Monday – Thursday: from 11.30 until 14.00 and from 17.30 until 21.30 Friday – Saturday: from 11.30 until 14.00 and from 17.30 until 22.00. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays.
