Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 5 per day.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Edificio Tofino in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 40 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a prepayment will be charged via Tab (our booking platform). This is required to secure your reservation. If you prefer to pay in cash or using another method, you can do this when you arrive. Once Edificio Tofino confirms to us that you have paid by a different method, we will issue a full refund for this payment. We have charged your card in your card's currency, which means you don't pay any foreign usage fees to your bank or credit card provider (often 3-5%) - instead, you are paying a 4% fee to Tab for issuing this prepayment voucher. We never hide commission fees in our exchange rate – we always use pure mid-market exchange rates. If you do not agree to Tab's terms and conditions (available here: https://book.tab.travel/terms), you can also arrange to pay the property by a different method. We will issue a full refund once the property confirms to us that you have paid by a different method.
