Flaxmill Accommodation is located next to the beach at Flaxmill Bay on the east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula, 1 km from Cooks Beach and 1 km to Ferry Landing and the passenger ferry to Whitianga.
Flaxmill offers deluxe holiday accommodation set within private park gardens. 1 bedroom Chalet Cottages and 3 bedroom Holiday Houses are available. All units provide kitchen facilities including microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee/tea and barbecues. Some units have full kitchens with an oven and dishwasher. All units have a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with shower, and some have an additional ensuite. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site.
The area is popular for diving, kayaking, fishing and hiking. Flaxmill is convenient to all the region’s highlights including Hahei and Cathedral Cove, 12 km away and Hot Water Beach, 16 km away. Drive time from Auckland to Flaxmill Bay is 2.5 hours.
