Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that the 20% deposit is not refundable once the reservation has been confirmed. The deposit policy is applicable for suites and chalets. Please note that the reception area is only open from 07:00 to 23:00. Please contact the property directly if you plan on arriving after 23:00.
