Maris Hotel is located near the port in the lower part of Haifa. It offers free WiFi, a sea-view rooftop sun terrace and modern air-conditioned units.

Hotel Maris is set less than 2 km from the Bahai Gardens and the German colony in Haifa. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars can be found there. The Carmelit funicular to go up to the upper part of Haifa can be reached in a few steps. The Train Station is 600 metres away.
