Situated 100 metres from the beach of Kitries, the family-run Studios Koukis features accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a furnished balcony overlooking the Messinian Bay. An on-site playground is available for younger guests.
A kitchenette with fridge, cooking hobs and kitchenware is provided in all studios at the Koukis. Each includes an LCD TV and air conditioning. A communal washing machine is provided.
Guests can have breakfast in their balconies while enjoying views of the Aegean Sea.
Fish taverns, seafront cafés and shops are within a 5-minute walk. The famous beach of Santova is 800 metres away. The town of Kalamata is within 15 km.
