Situated in the heart of Eastbourne, The Berkeley is a 3-storey Victorian guest house, just a 2-minute stroll from the beach and the Eastbourne Conference Centre. Rooms at The Berkeley Guesthouse are elegantly designed and all feature an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. They are also equipped with a TV with satellite channels and tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities can be requested from reception. Guests will find a range of restaurants and cafes within walking distance to choose from. Eastbourne Rail Station is a 10-minute walk from the guest house and there are a number of theatres no more than 200 metres away. Eastbourne town centre and Eastbourne Pier are both less than half a mile from The Berkeley.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. This increases by £10/hour up to 23:00. Please note that the property cannot accommodate arrivals after 23:00. There is also an early arrival charge of £20 subject to confirmation.
