Fully Renovated in 2023 Situated along a peaceful beachfront in Lipa Noi, Villa U is a beautifully-designed residence that boasts a private 20-metre infinity pool and full-time staff to cater guests' needs. Free WiFi is provided. Fully furnished with all the modern necessities and more, Villa U's living area features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow natural light to shine in, as well as providing unobstructed sea views. It has a fully-fitted kitchen with an oven, a dining table and plenty of seating areas. The wooden pool deck and terrace has outdoor furniture, while the large bathrooms are luxurious. There is also a spa bath. Guests staying at this luxurious property enjoy the comfort of having a free airport transfer service. Arrangements may also be made for pampering massages, car hire and water-based activities. Free parking is available. It is 800 metres from Nikki Beach Samui and the island's main pier is a 10-minute drive away. Samui Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive away.

People 12 years old and over stay for THB 1,800 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the bank account or PayPal account details of the property. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.
