This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Picking up the keys outside of check-in hours will result in additional fees. An advance reservation is required to pick up the keys after 21:00. Additional fees, increasing by EUR 5 each hour: Between 20:00 and 21:00 - EUR 5 Between 21:00 and 22:00 - EUR 10 Between 22:00 and 23:00 - EUR 15 Between 23:00 and 00:00 - EUR 20 Between 00:00 and 01:00 - EUR 25, etc.
