This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bookabreak will send a confirmation with detailed payment information and a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. Bookabreaks properties are let for private accommodation purposes only. Schoolies, weddings, parties, events or any other type of gathering are not permitted. The number of guests on the premises at any time must not exceed the number the property is advertised as sleeping. In the event that you are found to be in breach of this condition, you will be immediately evicted with full forfeiture of all payments including the security deposit. Bookings made on behalf of a third party will not be accepted. The person booking must be staying and is responsible for monitoring the observance of the Terms and Conditions by other guests during the stay.
