• Registration takes place from 2:00 PM until 8:30 PM.
• Upon arrival, visitors must present photographic identification and a credit card, and they must notify the property of their anticipated arrival time beforehand.

Cancellation
Rules regarding cancellations and advance payments differ based on the specific accommodation chosen.
Deposit
• Upon arrival, a THB 500 damage deposit (approximately $14) must be provided in cash.
• Following a property inspection, the full amount is reimbursed in cash during departure.
Children
• Guests of any age are accepted.
• Cribs are provided free of charge, while extra beds incur a fee of THB 300 per night (per child for ages 0 - 2 years, or per person for ages 3+ years).
• These items are subject to availability, must be requested, and are paid for separately from the total reservation price.
Age
There is no minimum age limit for checking in.

Animals are prohibited on the premises.
