All children are welcome. Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 9. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Please inform Brisa do Sul in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the 30% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid by bank transfer on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at the time of check-in. A security deposit of EUR 100 will be charged in cash upon check-in. The amount will be returned after check-out and a damage inspection of the property. Please note that the Two-Bedroom Apartment does not have a lift and is situated on a 3rd floor.
