Some apartments also have a balcony. Livigno town centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Bormio is less than 1-hour drive away. Parking at the property is free.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in takes place at Via Dala Gesa 610A. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property in advance in order to arrange key delivery. Every Sunday from 1 May until 30 November check-in is by appointment only. Please note that from 29 November until 19 December, and from 11 April until 1 May the ski pass is not available.
