Located in the center of Berck-Plage, the building is opposite the Notre Dame des Sables church, about 300 meters from the beach. The studios are located on the third floor with no lift.
Decorated in a modern style, they have an equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...), a sofa bed, 'a television, a mezzanine serving as a bedroom with a double bed (accessible by a steep staircase) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The esplanade and the beach are about 300m away. Shops (bakery, mini market ...), pedestrian street (bars, restaurants ...), covered market within 200 meters. Swimming pool, bowling, cinema, casino, media library, museum less than a kilometer away.

The cleaning of the end of stay is at your expense. If you wish, we can take care of it (option paying 50 euros).
