Family-own-and-run since 1928, Dimatis is nestled at the heart of the mountainous village of Agios Dimitrios. It has a wine cellar, and is a well-known culinary stop. Latohori Ski Centre is 35 km away.
Dimatis rooms are decorated in the traditional style of the region. They all have balconies with views to the mountain or the village, and are equipped with central heating, bathrooms and LCD TVs. Most units include a fireplace.
The hotel’s restaurant serves a rich breakfast with local products and homemade bread baked in a traditional wood oven. Local delicacies, such as wild boar raised at the family’s farm, are served for dinner. In the summer you can enjoy meals on the beautiful veranda.
A small seating area where you can relax next to the fireplace in the winter is at your disposal. Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Dimatis serves as a great base for both restful and active vacations. Activities in the area include hiking in the woods of Agios Dimitrios, climbing on Mount Olympus, cycling and walking. The 24-hour front desk will be happy to offer area information. Parking on site is free.
