Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Casa Buena Vista Rentals LLC will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property within 24 hours of receiving. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
