A washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal on site. Located 600 metres from a pedestrian area, Le Duplex is 1.5 km from Nice Train Station and 6 km from the airport.

Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If guests are more than 1 hour late for the scheduled appointment, a EUR 30 fee will be charged. If you plan on arriving between 20:00 and 21:00, please note that a EUR 50 fee applies. If you plan on arriving between 21:00 and 22:30, please note that a EUR 120 fee applies. If you plan on arriving on a Sunday, please note that a 30 EUR extra fee applies. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible.
