In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The South Quay complex has ramps to access access lobby entrances and there are lifts accessing all floors. Each apartment is set across 1 floor only. Where apartments have balconies these may be too small to accommodate wheelchair users. Some 1-bedroom apartments may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Currently no apartments have been converted with disability features. Please note that fees apply for check-in after 20:00. All guests must be aged 25 years or older. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
