Situated only a 5-minute walk from the historical centre of Martin town, Studio Perla offers a self-catered accommodation set on the ground floor of the house, which was completely renovated in 2016. Free parking is possible in an enclosed courtyard right at the entrance to the studio.
This studio features a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, free WiFi and a bathroom with a spa bath.
The area is popular for skiing and hiking. Martinske Hole Ski Area is reachable within 13.5 km and the area is surrounded by the Velka Fatra and Mala Fatra National Parks. You can also visit many protected valleys such as Gaderska and Blatnicka Valley set 15 km away, Jasenska located within 10 km and Valcianska Valley starting within 13 km.
Within a radius of 30 km there are also 5 castles and ruins, including Strečno Castle and Blatnica Castle.
