Just stroll Dodecanese Boulevard and you will spy groups congregating in coffee shops playing cards, working their komboloi or “Greek worry beads,” and drinking retsina wine while aromas of lamb, spanakopita and baklava from the many Greek restaurants and bakeries fill the street.
