You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that portable air conditioner is available upon request at an additional charge of EUR 10,00 per day, per unit. Last Minute Bookings: Last minute bookings require a minimum of 2 hours between the time of booking and the key handover. Please note that as we do not reside at the property, we may need additional time to travel to the property and complete the check-in process. Thank you for your understanding. To access the new amenities such as the Games Room and Cinema Room, guests must agree to the following conditions: 1. Pay a €300 deposit,to be pays cash,upon arrival. 2. No smoking is allowed in the house, especially in the games room and cinema room. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. 3. Use the consoles and other equipment responsibly to avoid damage. 4. Clean the popcorn machine after each use, as this is not included in the basic cleaning fee. **Pool Climatization Details:** Climatization is available only in certain winter months. Please note that climatization does not provide hot water; it only heats the pool water by a few degrees.
