The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest can request pool heating. Pool heating is available for 100 dollars extra charge per day for duration of entire of stay. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Payments with bank transfer or credit cards shall be done after booking confirmation. Host shall send an invoice to the guest for credit card payment and guest shall pay invoice upon received.
