Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 326 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - Please note this is a privately owned unit. - Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. - A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. - Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card to the hotel’s front desk upon check-in. - Only the person whose name the reservation is under will be permitted to check-in. - Please note for stays of 6 days or more, mandatory cleaning must be done every 6 days.
