This B&B offers rooms with garden views. A communal patio is available for guests and a full breakfast is provided. Spa packages are available. Victoria Park and Beach is 5 minutes’ drive away.
The uniquely furnished and spacious guest rooms at House MacKechnie offer large windows for plenty of natural light and plush bathrobes for guest comfort. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Breakfast features only fresh ingredients, many from the MacKechnie House’s own garden or local farmers. A typical breakfast may include crème caramel with strawberries, amaretto-basted baked apples, ham and apricot mustard with sautéed mushrooms, or scrambled eggs with Canadian cheddar cheese. Gourmet coffee is always served.
Downtown Cobourg is 1 km away, while the waterfront is at 500 metres. Highway 401 is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the bed and breakfast. The Wineries in Prince Edward County are 1 hour and 20 minutes’ drive away.
