Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 15 years old stay for € 12 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 12 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Čertousy in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel uses its own exchange rate. Please note that an extra bed is available upon request and after prior conformation by the property. Payment is made at the hotel reception in CZK or in EUR based on the current exchange rate on the day of payment. Please note that your credit card will be charged in CZK. Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in CZK on the hotel invoice
