Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in each air-conditioned room at this charming small hotel. Located just 50 metres from Playa del Carmen Beach, it has authentic Mexican-style décor.
Hotel Cielo’s bright rooms offer colourful local décor, tiled floors and a safe. Some rooms have a balcony with sea views. Toiletries and free beach towels are provided.
Guests will enjoy the Carboncitos bar-restaurant, located on the ground floor. It specializes in Mexican cuisine and also serving steak and seafood dishes, including typical snacks like fresh guacamole made to order.
A wide range of shops, restaurants and bars can be found on Fifth Avenue, less than a minute’s walk from Hotel Cielo. Nuestra Señora del Carmen Church is only 300 metres away. located 2 blocks from the ADO Bus Station. The Beach is a block away from the hotel. Holistic center, Wah Wah, Tarraya are nearest beach side restaurants and bars.

A damage deposit of USD 25 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a small refundable deposit is payable for beach towels.
