Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 10 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Le Relais de la Chouette in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upper floors are accessible only by stairs. Please note that the swimming pool exceptionally closed until June 04, 2023. We accept 2 time slots to choose from to access the pool from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The applied fees to access the pool are 25€ per person or 13€ per hour. The swimming pool is free if you book a room but there will be a extra fees if you book the house. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following room: Deluxe King Room.
