This tropical hotel is set in the rainforest in the Huetar Norte region. Set in lush gardens, it offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a spacious sun terrace and free Wi-Fi and private parking.
Hotel El Bambu’s bright, air-conditioned rooms feature cable TV, a safe, a telephone and private bathroom. Some also include a spacious terrace with mountain and pool views.
The hotel’s restaurant serves a buffet breakfast daily and regional and international cuisine and snacks. There are BBQ facilities and guests can enjoy a refreshing drink from the bar on the terrace.
El Bambu has a games room and table tennis and organises various trips. You can go on a safari on the Sarapiqui River or visit the Poás Volcanoes, 40 km away.
The property offers an airport shuttle for a fee to Juan Santamaria International Airport, 75 minutes’ drive away. San Jose is around 80 km away.
