Key-collection on Sundays, public holidays and working days after 19:00 h. has an extra cost of 20 €.
From October until May an extra fee of electricity (Kw consumption) and Gas will be charged according to agency's conditions.
For stays of more than one month, the deposit will be of 500 € paid in cash.
