Hotel Heluan, nestled in Karlovy Vary’s spa district, offers contactless check-in for convenience. Located directly opposite the Castle Colonnade and just steps from the Spring and Market colonnades, our hotel is also a brief drive from Goethe's Lookout Tower and a leisurely 12-minute stroll from the Mill Colonnade. Enjoy easy access to the town theatre and a nearby cable car to Diana Lookout Observation Tower.
Our accommodations feature spacious rooms with stucco ceilings, majestic doors, and windows, some offering town views. Each room is equipped with coffee and tea facilities, a mini-fridge, a writing desk, a smart TV, and reliable WIFI. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.
Start your day with our continental hot and cold buffet breakfast. Despite its quaint size, the hotel features a charming, fully functional old-style elevator.
Advance reservations are required for our limited on-site private parking.

Hotel Heluan is using mainly contactless check-in, you will receive instructions on how to check-in, on the day of your arrival via email and SMS. In any case, contact Us.
On weekdays Monday until Thursday, we mainly use contacless check-in, reception is only available until 3PM. If you have any requests, let us know in advance.
