All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Park Place in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Oversee Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Guests will be asked to confirm guest information and to complete a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older (an adult) and must occupy the property during the entire reserved dates. Access will not be issued to anyone who is not an adult. One parent chaperone must be present for every four guests under the age of 25. Parent chaperones must be present at the property at all times throughout the entire stay. During March and April, it is required that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the home for every three guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
