Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for cots in the room. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sol Mate Condo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable.
