Just 300 meters from the beach in Playa del Carmen, Hotel Sol Playa offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies. It is a 30-minute stroll along the beach to the shops and bars of Fifth Avenue.
A free breakfast is served daily. The rooms and studios feature a fridge, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. Studios also have a well-equipped kitchenette.
You can also enjoy Mexican and Italian cuisine in the La 88 restaurant located on the property.
The Sol Playa offers information about the surrounding area and free street parking is available nearby. Xcaret Theme Park is just a 15-minute drive away, while the Mayan ruins of Tulum are around 45 minutes away.
