Featuring a spacious sun terrace with private pool, covered terrace and outside dining furniture, Soncaldes is located near the Llucmajor Town and offers views of the surrounding countryside.
This traditional Mallorcan country house with air conditioning is divided into 2 separate buildings. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a wine cellar where guests can see hand-made barrels from over 200 years ago.
In front of the main building is the second house consisting of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and bathroom, while upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. The building includes a fireplace and air conditioning.
Soncaldes is 1.5 km from Llucmajor Town with its local markets, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Mallorca Airport is 22 km away, and you can drive to the coast in about 15 minutes.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in is available on request and is subject to availability. The following surcharges apply:
