Our entire property is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outside and 75-feet away from the building. There is a fine for smoking in the property. Pets are not allowed. There will be a fine for any unauthorized pets. Pack 'n plays are available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) All rooms have portable or mini-split AC units in the summer.
