Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 16 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests wishing to dine in the restaurant have to make a reservation in advance. Please note that guests are required to show a credit card on their arrival. The details of this card must match the ones of the reservation's holder. In case of advance payment required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of guest and presented at time of check in. Only children over 15 are allowed in the spa. Bikes are not allowed inside the hotel rooms. The Radisson Blu Palace Hotel can provide storage for a limited number bikes on the premises The access to the thermal baths has an additional cost. It is not included in the room price and must be reserved in advance. Access is not allowed for guests under 16 years of age.
