Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 7 years old to 17 years old stay for RUB 1,500 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 6 years old to 17 years old stay for RUB 1,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Adults stay for RUB 1,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Volkhov in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are kindly asked to inform the administration about the arrival time in advance. Please note that for registration of non-Russian residents a passport with a valid visa and a migration card are required. Adult Russian residents have to provide their Russian passport, and children have to provide a birth certificate. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability.
