Check In

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or after 14:00. • The front desk operates from [Mon-Sun]11:00–17:00, and guests will be greeted upon arrival. • Arrivals after 17:00 require contacting the property by phone at least 1 day in advance to provide your expected check-in time. • A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Deposit

• On arrival, a ₱ 1,000 cash damage deposit (roughly $16) is required. • The deposit is fully refunded in cash on check-out, pending a successful property inspection.

• Children of every age are welcome, though extra fees may apply for those using existing beds. • Guests aged 18 and older are charged as adults. • Cots and extra beds are unavailable, though policies regarding them might vary by room type.

Age

• Although there is no age limit for checking in, the primary guest must be at least 18 years old. • Minors under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the property.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Payment

• Guests must remit payment prior to arrival via bank transfer. • After booking, the property will reach out with transfer instructions.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival.
