Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. No cots are available. No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hillside D 32 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. West Coast Super Stays will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Primary guest must be 24 years of age or older to check-in.
