You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of PLN 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reception is open from 10:00 until 18:00. Check-in after those hours is possible at an extra charge of PLN 30. Check-in outside designated hours must be arranged with the owner. Please note that AMBER Guest Rooms does not have a parking place, but the guests can leave their cars at a guarded parking lot on the other side of the street, which costs PLN 80 for 24 hours. Guests can also leave their cars at the street (Smoleńska, Felicjanek, Zwierzyniecka, Straszewskiego), which costs PLN 6 per hour. It is free from 20:00 until 10:00, on Sundays and holidays.
