A sweeping staircase leads from a covered terrace down to the garden. The villa enjoys several outdoor seating and dining areas, one on the sun terrace by the pool, and another by the BBQ area. Featuring a fireplace, the living area includes a dining table and TV. There is an equipped kitchen, and a utility room with washing machine. This villa comes with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Set in a residential area, Villa Senia is a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants and bars in Platja de l'Arenal. Montgó Nature Reserve is a 15-minute drive from the villa. Dénia is 15 km away.

A portable air conditioner is available for an extra cost of EUR 98 per week. Late check-in after 19:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 30. Please note that bed linen and towels can be hired for EUR 12 per person/stay. Mobile 3G internet via USB is available for an extra cost of EUR 36 per week.
