Renovated in 2015 and located in the attic, the apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a dining area, dishwasher and an oven. A flat-screen TV , DVD player and PS2, as well as a CD player are provided. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, towels and bath robes. The Donau Kanal is a 5-minute walk away, while the Friedensbrücke Metro Stop (line U4) and Jägerstraße Metro Stop (line U6) are 500 metres away. The Spanish Riding School is within 2.5 km.
