Introduction

SmartWings (QS) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic and international routes. The airline provides the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 8 kg and maximum dimension of 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm (L x W x H). The ticket fare does not include free checked baggage allowance. Check in time at the airport starts from 120 minutes prior to the flight departure time. Online check in is not available.

How to Book

1. Go to Airpaz site, or access the Airpaz application (Android/iOS) on your handphone. 2. Fill in the flight details in the flight search box. 3. Choose your preferred flight. 4. Fill in the passenger detail and contact information on the booking page. 5. Complete payment through the selected payment method. 6. Find your SmartWings flight e-itinerary in the My Booking page, or in your registered email.

During its period of development, SmartWings has grown significantly and keep offering a reliable service for their loyal customers. This airline was first flown on 27-04-2026.Today, the airline has successfully reached in 2007, the company carried 2.2 million passengers, in 2014, it carried 4.3 million passengers, in December 2018, Travel Service was renamed to Smartwings, the name of its former low-cost subsidiary.

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for SmartWings opens 120 minutes prior to the departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.
