Set within 200 metres from the the central beach at the Black Sea and 400 metres from the centre of Sunny Beach Resort, Apartcomplex Perla houses a supermarket with cold and hot meals, and a bakery. All accommodation units come with air conditioning, a balcony, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. Some units also have a washing machine and ironing facilities. Guests can use the outdoor seasonal pool, which is at the complex next door, 20 metres away, at a surcharge. A seasonal restaurant serving a breakfast menu can also be found there. Bars as well as a night club are at a distance of 150 metres from the Perla Apartcomplex.
