Located in the center of Berck-Plage, the building is opposite the Notre Dame des Sables church, about 300 meters from the beach. The studios are located on the third floor with no lift. Decorated in a modern style, they have an equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...), a sofa bed, 'a television, a mezzanine serving as a bedroom with a double bed (accessible by a steep staircase) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The esplanade and the beach are about 300m away. Shops (bakery, mini market ...), pedestrian street (bars, restaurants ...), covered market within 200 meters.
