Children older than 4 years are welcome. One child under 15 years is charged USD 45 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Departamento Doña Lucia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. After the reservation is made, the property will charge $10.000 CLP to the credit card as a test to check the card, this amount will be cancelled afterwards. The apartments are located in a residential building, this means the front-desk is not available for guests, only for building residents. Please refrain from asking the front-desk's help should there be any problems. In turn, if there is a problem, please contact the the property owner via email and they will get back to you ASAP. The phone at the front-desk cannot be used by guests. Luggage cannot be stored at the front-desk or anywhere on the ground floor. Check-in is conducted as of 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00 (noon). A full night will be charged for check-out after noon. Please note toilet paper is provided for arrival only. Extra rolls should be provided by the guests. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
