This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Apartamentos Alberca know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that Apartamentos Alberca has no reception. You can collect your keys at: 9, Avenida de Alicante, Denia. Reception is open from 09:30 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 20:00. A refundable deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded on the departure day, providing the property has been left in a good condition. Air conditioning is available upon request and has a cost of EUR 60 per week.
