The Wine & Art Relais Vallombrosa is situated in quiet and scenic surroundings in Castelrotto, 3 km west of Ponte Tresa and Lake Lugano, in the middle of the first and more than 100 years-old Merlot vineyard of Ticino. All units have a private bathroom equipped with toiletries, a CD player and offer mountain views. Guests can visit Vallombrosa guesthouse's own wine shop and relax in front of the open fireplace. Guests can visit exhibitions from different artists on site. Vallombrosa is situated 3 km west of Ponte Tresa and Lake Lugano, from where you can reach Lugano with the characteristic little Ferrovia Lugano-Ponte Tresa train. Don't miss to visit the typical markets of Luino and Ponte Tresa in Italy.
